Many clients request our services on a time and materials basis. In this case the client manages the day to day work of the project, team, or individual consultant. Rates for consultants can vary within specific job classifications and are based on the difficulty of securing the specific technology, duration of projects and the individual experience level of the consultant.

Contract -to- hire:

This plan provides the client with an alternative hiring methodology to the usual permanent staffing techniques. It combines the best attributes of contract and permanent placement to provide a flexible method of staffing. If a candidate is acceptable to our client, an offer of employment is made with a mutually agreed upon conversion date at which time the individual will become an employee of the client company. The conversion date may either be three or six months from the start. During the interim period, the individual will be a fully benefited Hunting Dogs employee and will be billed out hourly to the client.

Permanent Placement:

Hunting Dogs standard fee for permanent placement is 25% percent. This fee may be negotiated based upon number of orders placed as well as the commitment of our customers to communicate effectively with us and give us timely feedback.
